Not my home gym but every time I'm out near Islandia I use it. So far it's been always fairly empty although I've been there at different times. Nice new equipment, well organized and everything looks nice and clean. Definitely one of my favorite gyms.
Best GYM I have been to! Clean, no muscle heads! Never super packed! Tanning included with VIP membership! Everyone there seems to want to better themselves and they mind their own business. This gym welcomes you no matter what your body type.
Great gym, plenty of machines & space so that you don't have to wait on other people to finish in order to get your workout in. They also offer some free classes. Friendly staff as well
This is the best gym ever...no matter what time of day you're there almost every machine is accessible. The place is always clean and everyone is awesome....nothing but good reviews & believe me, i've been to a wide variety of gyms all over LI.
